The remote packs up on mine from time to time - sometimes it&#039;s the battery, sometimes it just loses the pairing. To reset it it&#039;s a bit of a faff, but you have to hold the red, green and push the volume dial in at the same time as switching the kit/car on. (may need to confirm process with user guide as may be different for diff versions of software)

Other than that, there&#039;s no way to start the update process without the remote. In that case your best bet would be to contact parrot support and see if you can get a replacement from them.

I have been told that as I have not updated it since I bought it 2 years ago that could be the problem, great but how do you update it if you cant use the remote to go into settings and select upgrade. I have tried to just plug in the usb into the audio port but no luck, any ideas?</description>
